The following policy applies to products purchased only on www.iotadiagnostic.com. Refunds, cancellations, or replacements are not available for products, kits or tests purchased from a Partner, an unauthorized reseller, dealer or distributor etc. Users must provide proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund, cancellation, or replacement for purchases made on the Website. We also strongly recommend the items are checked at the time of delivery.
Definitions
The website www.iotadiagnostic.com or such other interlinked website (“Website”) of IOTA Diagnostic Private Limited (collectively referred to as “IOTA Diagnostic”) as modified, reinstated, changed from time to time at IOTA Diagnostic’s discretion serves as a platform for its visitors, clients, customers etc (“User”) to know the products and/or services of IOTA Diagnostic, to avail the products and/or services.
Under what circumstances can you avail replacement or refunds?
The User is eligible for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt supported with proper documentation/proofs in the form of images and or videos.
Product/services cancelled prior to sample collection are eligible for partial refund after deducting the applicable charges. No refund is applicable for cancellation post sample collection if the sample is found to be fit for the same.

Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation:
The Customer may cancel an order until the time of product delivery or prior to sample collection. In the event of such cancellation, a partial refund of 50% of the order amount will be issued.
IOTA Diagnostic Cancellation:
IOTA Diagnostic reserves the right to cancel orders if it meets the criteria mentioned below
In such cases, no cancellation charges is applicable. Full refund is provided to the customer after deducting the applicable charges.

Replacement or Refund Process

IOTA Diagnostic support team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the time of receipt of complaint.
Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, IOTA Diagnostic will initiate the collection of product(s) to be returned for replacement or refund (if required).
The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.
Replacement will be delivered within 2-7 days depending on the destination. Refund will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from date of reverse pick up (if required).
